I've been house/dog/cat sitting for some friends so I'm not able to run as much as I want. Also, it's freaking hot down here. Sunday I lost 3 pounds - on a 3M run. That's a bit much. So, I'm still acclimating.

I think you can see the pattern of the week. The weather was terrible all week and after Tuesday night I was sick of getting the shit scared out of me from lightning strikes. Sunday ended up being a really nice day, but I didn't realize it until noon and it was too sunny by then.
