I'm not happy about missing my workout. It just got lost with my stomach feeling bad. Do you think it makes sense for me to switch the scheduled workout for today with the one from last Thursday? 5 x 1K instead of 6 x 400m?
Yes, I would do the 5 x 1K. I posted an updated schedule in last weeks comments to add a few extra weeks of 1500 work. I will write more later.

ReplyDeleteThanks! The workouts Monday and Thursday night went really well. Although, I need to use a different track. The one I've been using for longer repeats has a slight bank and it jams my right leg a bit. It made it feel a little stiff in my hamstrings and calf. Even my ankle was a little stiff the next day.
