Still on the upswing and everything is getting better. I'm a little tired from the miles, but overall I feel good and am hoping to up my miles some and run a few doubles to bump my miles again.

I hope your hamstring is feeling better. How has your training looked?

  1. Glad to see you bumping mileage and getting a little of that tired feeling in your legs. Enjoy the build up and strengthening process.

    I'm still on break myself. Everything feels fine now, I'm just trying to mentally regroup a bit and get motivated.
