Overall I still feel good. I tried to run most of this week a little slower but keep the same mileage.

  1. It looks like things are still going good. I know its a busy time of year, but you can start to bump your mileage up the next 2 weeks if you want (maybe 50ish).

    After peaking the mileage a few weeks, I think it would be good to start getting back into workouts to kick off the new year.
