  1. The mileage is definitely a little more interesting when coupled with the paces. That being said, the weekly mileage looks good and the pace really doesn't matter too much right now.

I like the leg and core work you did at the gym. That should really help with any muscle imbalances and injury prevention.

  2. Holy Sh...Your pace times keep getting faster. This next training cycle is going to be fun to watch.

  3. It has been getting faster for sure. I'm assuming it's mostly because I'm getting in better shape physically and mentally. I've always felt that getting used to fast running mentally has been a big block for me. Basically, I'm slowly beginning to believe I can run faster and I'm also getting used to what it feels like so I'm no longer scared or surprised by how it feels.

Also, I've been playing with my supplements/vitamins and have noticed my times coming down since adding COQ10 and CLA at night and caffeine 30 minutes before running - http://www.optimumnutrition.com/products/essential-amino-energy-p-275.html. Right now I want to point to this caffeine product because I was taking a half dose for awhile and barely noticed anything. But when I went to a full dose I've been running a lot faster while feeling like I'm going slow. I'm telling myself to run slow and focus on form and my times are faster than what I think I'm doing.

I also take a few other things I can't remember right now. L-Arginine and something else. Two weeks ago I ended a creatine cycle - http://www.gnc.com/product/index.jsp?productId=12400054. Probably not going to go back to creatine regularly.

I had also stopped taking some GNC vitamins after they started making me feel super jittery. Maybe it was the caffeine...I don't know. Generally I'm trying to keep my supplements specific so I can have a better idea of what's working and what's not.

If you have any input on supplements I'd be happy to hear it.
