7M - 9:27, 9:19, 9:09, 8:59, 9:31, 10:48, 11:43 - Finally got a trail run in. Getting chased by deer flies during miles 4 and 5 killed me for the last 2 miles. It was a nice fartlek. I was at about 6:15 pace for anywhere from a quarter to a half mile 6 times with a short walking rest.

This week I'll work the 6M at 7:30 in. I went ahead and signed up for another 5K for the 18th.
